1. What should I do if I want to cancel the orders just placed?

Just send us an email! As soon as we receive your email, we will process the refund for the order you just placed. You will receive an order refund email from us within 24 hours, which means we have made refund to your card. Usually, it takes 1-3 business days for different banks to process this transaction and then the refund will show up on your bank statement.

2. What should I do if I have received the order and want to return it?

We have a clear refund and return policy for you. We offer a 30-day exchange policy/refund from the date of receipt of the product. There are no other conditions. Just send an email with your information (This is our eamil: wufanny66@gmail.com). We'll get back to you within 12 hours.

3. What should I do if I need to pay extra fee for return or exchange?

All customers who want to return or exchange an item will receive our postage paid return mailer, allowing customers to send back their order for free. All you need to do is wait for the return mail at home and send it after submitting your return or exchange request to us via email. Once we receive the return email, we will process the refund or send an exchange order.

4. What should I do if I want to exchange the orders?

It is understandable that you change your mind about your order. We offer a 30-day exchange policy for your order with no service charge. You can send us an email and offer to exchange your order for another item on our website for the same price.

Once your exchange request is granted, we will send a postage paid return email to your order address for the item(s) you wish to exchange. After we receive the return email, we will send you a new item.

5. What should I do if I need my order urgently?

We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible. However, there are always some unpredictable factors in the shipping process. As for orders placed on our website, if we are unable to deliver your order in the time you expect, we will issue a refund immediately.
